Recently, I was asked to write about my favorite kits. The kit that the Netherlands wore at Euro 88 is one of those all-time classics. It’s high on everyone’s list and for good reason. Yes, it’s an adidas template and one that was worn by a number of teams including Germany (which, in its own right, was a great kit too), and the USSR. Something about the Netherlands’ orange just made it stand out that much more.
