Juventus 1984-1985 Home
Recently, I was asked to write about my favorite kits. The Juventus 1984-85 Kappa home kit is one of the most classic kits of all time, Juventus’ 1984-84 uniform tops many collectors’ lists for must haves. The famous black and white stripes combine with a classic white collar for timeless style that saw Juve defend the Italian title.
As far as club kits go, the black-and-white stripe motif that Juventus adopted from Notts County back at the turn of the 20th century is as iconic as it gets. No team is recognized as easily as Juventus thanks to their barred kits and no Juventus kit is as good as the 1985 home shirt created by Kappa. The shirt is unbelievably slick thanks to its straightforward design, unobtrusive sponsor, and classy all-white collar. It is pure bianconeri through and through.
